I'm building PrismProp as a solo, AI-powered done-for-you service — not a product built for volume. Every appraisal is priced per deal, reviewed personally by me before it reaches you, and delivered to a small number of clients properly rather than sold at scale.
Who I am
I'm 18, and genuinely fascinated by AI — not as a buzzword, but as a tool that can actually change an outcome if it's pointed at the right problem. Rather than build something generic, I wanted to find a corner of a real market nobody had properly served yet. PrismProp is that project.
What PrismProp does
PrismProp appraises a property deal and compares every way to finance it — conventional, bridging, and Sharia-compliant — on the same true-cost basis, in one place. Plenty of tools appraise deals. None of them go on to model how that deal is actually financed across every route, Islamic structures included. That combination, done properly, doesn't exist anywhere else yet.
What's next
This is early, and I want it to keep getting better with input from people who know parts of this better than I do — mortgage brokers, Islamic finance specialists, property investors who've been burned by a bad appraisal.
